Ain't No Grave
Thousands have paid homage to the Man in Black by contributing to The Johnny Cash Project which caught my attention earlier. Basically, the website is a music video project which invites you to contribute a single frame by creating it how you see fit using the built-in illustration/publishing platform. Once you're finished, your image is added into the rotation of everyone else's and animated into a video sequence over Johnny's final studio recording Ain't No Grave.
I'm no stranger to designing websites from a fans perspective and The Johnny Cash Project is testament to social contribution. The Johnny Cash Project is creative/risky and really works.
