Adrenalin junkie
On Saturday I went to Alton Towers with my boyfriend and friends who had come over to visit me from Northern Ireland for the weekend. Luckily we had beautiful weather and so it was not only a great day for walking around outside, but that also meant that all of the rides would be open! Happy days!
For me, the rollercoasters with more spins, twists and upside-down bits are the best... I suppose you could say the scarier the better. We managed to get around all of the big rides including my favourite rollercoaster in England, Nemesis!... Although Rita and Air do come close.
At the end of the day, the boys decided it was too hot to stay dry and so proceeded to play on the battle galleons in Mutiny Bay and get soaked by kids half their age, hence them looking like drowned rats in the picture!
