RBP has produced the second issue of the Support Chain e-newsletter for Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME). Aimed at support and after-sales staff working within HCME’s dealer network, the newsletter included stories on the new parts warehouse, a service mechanic competition, and the latest promotional and sales materials.
RBP was responsible for writing and designing the e-newsletter, overseeing the translation into five European languages, and the successful distribution to 1,200 subscribers earlier this month. Take a look at: http://supportchain.rbpinternet.co.uk/issue2/english/
