O, Christmas trees!
For me, it isn't Christmas without a real tree and this weekend we made the annual trip to choose one - but rather than heading for the nearest garden centre, we went to a local Christmas tree wood, where you wander round, find your tree, then find a man with a chainsaw! It felt very festive and the tree is the nicest one we've ever had. We bought it a baby tree and a poinsettia to keep it company, and with lights up, candles everywhere and a cupboard full of Lebkuchen, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
