Stop press!

Earlier this week, RBP organised a press call to promote the challenges which North Lincolnshire-based businessman, Chris Tonge will soon be embarking upon. The Sales and Marketing Director at Ultimate Packaging was keen to thank his supporters through local media outlets.

RBP has recently completed one of its largest design and retouching projects to date. Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV tasked the agency to come up with a new creative concept to promote its entire range of excavators, wheel loaders and dump trucks to replace a previously successful campaign.

The resultant image is a stunning composition of numerous individual photographs of Hitachi machines taken by RBP resident photographer Glenn Blackburn. They are depicted working within different industry solutions, from demolition and mining, to road construction and quarrying. The image has already been used on the front of the 2010 HCME calendar - which was also finalised in October.

In addition, a further six images were prepared in the same style, representing each individual industry solution (mining, quarrying, material handling etc.). Once again, photographs of machines from all over the world were retouched together to create larger compositions. The new pictures have been used within the calendar and HCME diary, but these visuals will eventually be adapted to other materials, including ads and posters.
