New-look corporate materials for HCME 31 May 2010
RBP was pleased to receive some of the first copies of the all-new Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV corporate brochure recently. The agency had been tasked with giving the publication a completely new look, and the implementation of a bold new design transformed the 16-page booklet into an informative 40-page A4 brochure. The finished publication was translated into six languages and was distributed at the 2010 Bauma Exhibition in Munich.
RBP also produced a number of supplementary printed materials for HCME to display and hand out at the International exhibition. These included: a compact line brochure, which showcased the manufacturer's new range of mini excavators and compact wheel loaders; updated 2010 product guides and posters; and even a special activity book and sticker page for Bauma's youngest visitors!
The popular "earthmoving activity book", which was also translated into German, featured a number of illustrated Hitachi characters including Mini Millie and Radlader Rudi, along with interesting child-friendly facts about Hitachi construction machinery. Did you know that Loader Larry (Hitachi ZW310) weighs as much as 20 hippos?!
HCME's contemporary corporate style will also be implemented across a variety of other materials in the near future, including the Ground Control, customer magazine. Watch this space...
